China Glaze Spring 2018 Chic Physique Collection | Review + Swatches

Hi loves! Hope you had a nice weekend. Today I have the China Glaze Spring 2018 Chic Physique Collection.

China Glaze was generous enough to send me this collection along with a few packs of the gorgeous press on nail packs. They are all stunning. Let’s take a look.

These are pre-glued, super easy to apply, and they don’t damage your natural nail. I love them for a fun or night day event! These are medium length, almond shape.

I love these short round nails! They are like a purple chrome that is out of this world!

My favorites are these super chic medium length, coffin shape! Oh my!!! So beautiful! I’m obsessed!!

I show you how to apply these in my YouTube video at the end of this post. Now onto the polishes!!

This is a strawberry pink with a teensy weeny bit of hot pink shimmer. The formula was a bit patchy so it took 2.5 coats to get this opaque.

The shimmer is so subtle that it’s not noticeable to the naked eye. It’s barely noticeable in my macro shot. Can you see it? Barely!

This is a coral melon creme. It’s patchy but sooo stunning. 3 coats to get this opaque but baby is it gorgeous!

This is a light peach creme. Another gorgeous shade. WOW! Another 3 coater, but I don’t mind one bit. This one is a fave for sure!

This is a pastel pineapple yellow creme. It’s not bright, it’s not neon, but it’s very yellow! I am obsessed. The best part is that it’s opaque in 2 coats!!!! I’m so pleasantly surprised because usually yellows are notorious for being so stubborn and formulated terribly. Not this guy. He’s a stunner!

This is a dusty minty baby blue creme. A bit streaky, but evens out in 2 coats. Such a pretty color! LOVE!

This is a pastels periwinkle blue creme. It’s patchy, but thankfully evens out in 2 coats.

There is a teeny tiny amount of purple shimmer in this, but again it’s so minuscule that you can barely see it. I couldn’t even see it in my macro shot so I didn’t even bother.

This is a teal leaning toward green crelly. This one is watery!! Be careful when applying not to overload your brush with polish because you will flood your cuticles! It’s perfect in 2 coats. Super juicy and squishy. Yummy!!

This is a stunning lilac purple packed with pink shimmer. 2 easy peasy coats! Fantastic formula.

Now THIS is shimmer! Here you can actually see it, and it’s gorgeous!

This is a lavender creme. Excellent formula! It’s opaque in 2 easy coats.

This is a pinky mauve creme. I am in LOVE! This collection really has such a great range of colors. This is beautiful for year-round. 2 perfect easy buttery coats for full opacity.

This is a pinky nude creme. Soooo stunning and chic! WOW! I am obsessed! This is another one that is great for anytime during the year. This looks very pink on my skin tone, but I feel like it would look like a true nude on a fair skin tone. Either way it looks gorgeous on any skin tone.

This is a champagne rose gold metallic filled with fine silver micro glitter. So pretty!! The formula is great. It’s opaque in 2 coats. It’s a bit brush strokey, but the glitter helps camouflage the streaks.

The silver glitter is so nice. Loving this combo!

I have a live swatch + review video up on my YouTube channel that you can watch here:

I used Seche Vite top coat on all of my swatches. I got mine on Amazon here.

China Glaze is 3-FREE so that means it doesn’t contain Formaldehyde, Toluene, or DBP. China Glaze retails for about $7.50 or less in the US and is sold at Ulta, Sally Beauty, and local beauty supply stores.
