Cirque Colors: Tea Tree Cuticle Oil & Crystal Nail File Review

Hi Pretty Polishers! Today I have an awesome review for you guys. I purchased both of these products with my own money so I was not paid to do this review. My reviews are always based on my opinion and my experience may not be the same as yours.

If you read my blog, you know I love Cirque Colors. Their polish is unique and SO gorgeous!!! I can’t get enough of it. I just purchased Electric Sky from the Nordstrom x cirque colors Magic Hour collection. The swatches & review for that beauty is here. I previously purchased the Tea Tree Cuticle Oil and the Crystal Nail File. I have been using these products for over a month now, so onto my review.

Cirque Colors Crystal Nail File & Tea Tree Cuticle Oil

Tea Tree Cuticle Oil

This oil contains Vitamins A, B1, B2, D, and E, beta carotene and essential fatty acids. It’s made with Argan oil which aids in softening the cuticles. The tea tree in this oil contains anti-fungal properties to help protect the nails from any gross infections. The most magical thing about this oil is the way it is packaged. It is a pen applicator with a soft brush tip. So you take the cap off, give the bottom a few easy clicks, and brush it onto your cuticles!

Best part? It’s small enough to fit in your purse for on-the-go. This is a great product for someone who forgets to apply cuticle oil at bedtime or in the morning at home. If it’s in your purse, you can apply it whenever you remember during the day. All you have to do is give the pen a few side clicks at the bottom and the oil coats the brush tip applicator. Then just paint away at your cuticles. It smells like tea tree oil, which if you have ever smelled is a very distinct smell. Can’t quite be compared to anything.

Overall, I really liked this cuticle oil because of it’s mobile characteristic, price and effectiveness. Cirque Colors Tea Tree Cuticle Oil retails at $10 for the .06 fl. oz. pen and can be purchased here.

Crystal Nail File

This crystal/glass nail file has 2 abrasive sides that gently file your nails. I have been able to file down my nails a large amount without cutting them with a nail cutter. After using the glass file, it leaves a smooth and straight edge on my nails. It’s made from Czech tempered glass so it’s durable and easily washed. When have you ever washed a regular emery board? Never. Nope. I really like this nail file because it doesn’t leave me with a mountain of white powder when I’m done filing my nails. It’s a smaller amount that can be easily brushed off or wiped with a wet cloth. Crystal nail files also help keep your nails smooth and don’t cause nail cracks when filing. Another advantage of this nail file is that it does not wear! Emery boards often need to be replaced because the board loses it’s coarseness. Just make sure you keep your crystal nail file in the see thru sleeve it comes with because it is fragile since it’s made out of glass and you don’t want to drop it and have it break.

Overall, I really love mine and I highly recommend it. The Cirque Colors Crystal Nail File retails at $10 and can be purchased here.
