Happy Friday Lacquered Lovelies! Today I’m sharing with you a gorgeous summer collection and yes, MORE neons! I’ve been in love with all of the neon collections coming out lately.
Color Club Poptastic 2015 Pastel Neon Collection
Color Club releases a new collection every summer in their “Poptastic” line. This year, they released 7 pastel neon cremes. These are so lovely for both Spring and Summer. All of the names of these polishes are disco themed. It was love at first sight for me! Let’s take a look at each one.
Feathered Hair Out to There
This is a pastel baby pink. The formula was streaky so it will take 2-3 coats to get opaque depending on how thick you apply. I used 2 coats.
This is a gorgeous light peach. The formula again was a bit streaky. I used 2 thick coats. Even thought the formula was tricky, this baby was my favorite from the bunch!!!
Disco’s Not Dead
This is buttery pale yellow. MUCH to my surprise this yellow was not streaky!!! Wow, I’m impressed! I packed on the coats pretty thick and it was opaque in 2 coats.
Under the Blacklight
This is bright but pastel lime. A bit streaky on the first coat, but leveled out on the second coat. It’s the brightest of the bunch. I would so wear this if I was going to a glow in the dark mini golf or bowling place 🙂 This is 2 coats.
‘Til The Record Stops
This is a lovely pastel mint green. The formula was streaky but it was opaque and even in 2 thick coats. I have a weakness for mints. I think there’s a tie for my favorite now! This is 2 coats.
Meet Me at the Rink
This is a pastel baby blue. The formula is awesome! It barely had any streakiness and opaque in 2 coats.
Diggin’ the Dancing Queen
This is a pastel lilac. Again, wonderful formula with barely any streakiness. Buttery smooth and opaque in 2 coats.
Aren’t they all SO beautiful!?! Obsessed! My two favorite colors were Hot-Hot-Hot Pants and Till’ The Records Stops. My favorite formula-wise was Diggin’ the Dancing Queen. So amazing 🙂 Which one was your favorite?
