Deborah Lippmann Touch Me in the Morning Collection

The weekend is almost here… I can smell it. Thankfully this is a short work week for us in the US. I am trying to get all of the Spring and Summer Collections I’ve been putting off for months posted before the official start of Fall. I’m going to be a swatch machine for the next few weeks! Today let’s take a look at Deborah Lippmann’s Spring 2018 CollectionTouch Me in the Morning.

I haven’t posted a Deborah Lippmann Collection in a loooooooong time. It’s actually been two years!!! This is the last post I did! OMG I can’t believe it’s been THAT long. Goes to show you how time really does fly. I though maybe it had been 6 months. But it’s been a solid 2 years. Holy crap. Ok so that has to change right away. I have so many gorgeous Deborah Lippman collections that are in my desk ready to swatch but I never get to them 🙁 I have the gorgeous Summer Collection as well. Well, let’s start with this beautiful Spring Collection. These are all cremes.

This is a pretty carnation pink. So we are off to a rough start. The formula on this was less than perfect. Streaky, patchy but it does look pretty after 3 coats.

This is a pinky mauve. Ok NOW we are talkin’!!! This one has a delicious buttery and smooth formula. It’s a bit thin which makes it super easy to work with. It’s perfect in 2 coats.

This is a greyish periwinkle lavender. OMG. Sooooo pigmented. This is yummy. Almost opaque in 1 coat but I did 2 here. Love!!

This is a greyish muted sage green/blue. It’s such a nice hue. It can look green and sometimes look blue. Also amazingly pigmented. I love how these all have grey in them. It makes them dusty. This is 2 easy coats.

This is a greyish denim blue. Amazing pigment once again. Ok so all of these have a magnificent buttery smooth pigmented formula except for the first pink. This is 2 coats.

This is a greyish purple. Perfection of course. Super pigmented. 2 super easy coats and if you really want to, you can leave it at 1 coat.

I purchased this set at Nordstrom for $35 USD which is where I purchase all of my Deborah Lippmann Collections. These are all minis at 8 mL. The regular sized DL bottles are 15 mL. Deborah Lipmman is 5 FREE (contains no Toluene, Formaldehyde, Resin, Camphor, or DBP) and is never tested on animals. You can get DL at Sephora, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s Neiman Marcus, and many other retailers.

My faves here are basically all of them except You Make My Dreams! I adore the dusty pigment and easy formulas. Which one was your fave?
