Hi loves! August is the hottest month of the year where I live in Miami, so it’s very appropriate to feature this gorgeous collection this month! We still have many more weeks left before it cools down a little in Miami. This beauty is the Bustling Bazaar Summer 2020 Collection by essie.
I love how this collection was inspired by wandering through the bustling bazaars of morocco. I haven’t been to Morocco, but I have been to Qatar in the Middle East and there are tons of “Souqs” also known as Bazzars there. They are basically outdoor markets with tons of shopping that includes spices, clothing, accessories, trinkets, and more! Let’s take a look at each one.
SOUQ UP THE SUN
This is a gorgeous coral peach creme. Formula is ok, it is patchy and doesn’t self level well. I ended up doing 3 coats. I do LOVE this color though. It’s giving me ALL the summer vibes!
This is a fantastic turquoise creme. It’s the name sake of the collection. This one had a really good formula. Opaque in 2 easy coats.
SPICE IT UP
This is a burnt red creme. This one has an amazing formula. Super juicy and easy to apply. Opaque in 2 coat. So delicious for Summer and Fall months as well.
This is a burnt cider creme. What a unique color! I don’t think I have anything like this in my massive collection. I love it! The formula was great! Easy to apply and opaque in 2 coats.
WORTH THE TASSLE
This is a dusty iris purple creme. Perfect formula. Applies super smooth and buttery. This is 2 easy coats.
MOSAIC ON DOWN
This is a stunning gold filled with ultra fine glitter. What a beauty! I really love this polish. It has a such a great formula too. It was opaque in 2 easy coats.
The glitter is gorgeous! This polish works well for winter and holiday manis.
