essie Spring 2017 Collection | Swatches + Review

Happy FRI-YAY loves! Today I’m sharing the beautiful essie Spring 2017 Collection. This one is a beauty!

I was so happy to see such a vibrant bunch of colors for the Spring line. Rebecca Minkoff, essie’s Global Color Designer came up with these shades inspired by a road trip with your best friends down the coast in Baja, California.  I really loved all of these because they have amazing formulas and pigmentation. Let’s take a look.

EXCUSE ME SUR

This is a light peachy pink creme. Good formula. It’s a bit uneven but it’s opaque after 2 coats. I adore this peachy tone!

BACKSEAT BESTIES

This is a blue-toned bright pink creme. It was a tiny bit patchy but I left it alone at 2 coats. This is without top coat. I didn’t need to use any top coat for any of these guys because honestly they were all so glossy and shiny on their own, they didn’t need it.

B’AHA MOMENT

This is a raspberry pomegranate creme. ONE COAT WONDER!!! Yes ma’am!! Amazing color and formula.

How perfectly does this color match the flowers in my back yard? Perfect!!

ON THE ROADIE

This is a delicious kelly green creme. Oh my! I love this color. It was almost opaque in one coat, but I did 2 here. So incredible!!

I used this color for the Margarita Nails that I did here on Cinco de Mayo!

ALL THE WAVE

This is a gorgeous dusty royal blue creme. LOVE!!! Another amazing ONE COATER!!! I am so loving this collection.

DESIGNATED DJ

This is a deep plum berry creme. Almost a one coater, but I did 2 for full opacity. So luscious and pigmented. I love it!

Needless to say, I was very pleased with this collection. I have some comparisons on my YouTube channel video that you can see here. Have you subscribed yet?
