If you’ve been following my blog this month, you know Halloween is my favorite holiday of the year. This year, I have 2 costumes! Today at work I am dressing up as “Bad Sandy” from the movie Grease. My co-workers are all doing Grease-themed costumes. We do a costume contest and all at work, so I’m very much looking forward to it.

Tomorrow, for Halloween I am dressing up as the Circus Ring Master from American Horror Story’s Freak Show. My boyfriend is going to be Twisty, so I tagged along and decided to be the Ring Master! Who likes AHS? We are obssessed with AHS!!! Especially last season’s Freak Show. Do you like this new season of Hotel? I love the show and Lady Gaga is killing it with her character!!!

Now onto the Halloween Leopard Nails! I used the following to create these:

  • Orange polish {Roarrrrange by essie}
  • Black polish {Black Pumpkin by Sally Girl}
  • Fast drying top coat {HK Girl by Glisten & Glow}
  • Leopard stencils {H&M}
  • Tweezers {TJ Maxx}

These are easy peasy! Just a few steps…

  1. Apply 2 coats of your orange polish for full opacity.
  2. Apply your fast drying top coat.
  3. Wait 10-15 minutes until fully dry.
  4. Apply your leopard stencil to your nail and secure at the sides by pressing down with your fingers.
  5. Apply 1 coat of your black polish. It’s preferred to use a black polish that is opaque in 1 coat for best results.
  6. While the polish is still wet, remove your stencil using tweezers or your finger.
  7. Let it sit for a few minutes and then apply your fast drying top coat.

Ta-DA! Your Halloween Leopard nails are done. These are super cute if you’re going to be some type of cat for Halloween, or if you’re not dressing up but want to dress up your nails!
