KL Polish by Kathleen Lights

Happy Mani Monday loves! Today I’m sharing with you a gorgeous collection by YouTuber Kathleen Lights. This is the debut collection of her new brand, KL Polish.

I’ve been following Kathleen for years now. She’s an amazing, talented, and creative YouTuber! Also a fellow Latina and Miami girl like myself. KL Polish is vegan, cruelty free, and 5 FREE. You can purchase her polish here.

Let’s take a look at these beauties.

SNICKERDOODLE

This is a beautiful vanilla beige-y nude creme. The formula is really thick so you might want to do thin coats so you don’t flood your cuticles. It’s so pigmented, nearly opaque in 1 coat. I did 2 coats here.

ZOEY

This is a pinkish mauve creme. Also thick but manageable. Super pigmented as well and almost opaque in 1 coat. Gorgeous shade. This is 2 coats.

BRICK SIDEWALK

This is a stunning rusty terra-cotta red creme. WOW! I love this color. Thick formula, but easy to apply. 2 coats for full opacity.

CARAMELLO

This is a dijon mustard pumpkin creme. OH MY. This is so stunning and so unique to my collection. I am in love!!! It’s opaque in 1 coat but I did 2 here.

BROCCOLI & CHOCOLATE

This is a rich chocolate brown crelly. YUM! So delicious. This one was a bit more watery and thin than the others. It applies smooth and is opaque in 2 coats.

GUMPTION!

This is a royal blue crelly. Also very thin but applies beautifully and is opaque in 2 coats. It does have that strong skunky smell that blue polish tends to have, but it doesn’t bother me. I did not have staining with removal.

I love the rubber grip cap that these bottles have because it makes it so easy to open them up. I’m not a huge fan of the brush though. I am all for wide flat brushes, but the issue with this one is that it’s too short and stubby which makes application a bit tricker and you have to be careful otherwise you will flood your cuticles.

WET N WILD       —     KL POLISH      —    NAILS INC

Here I have a brush comparison between 2 other brands in my collection that I feel are a bit easier to apply and also have wide, flat brushes. My favorite from these is the Nails Inc brush because it is the perfect length, width, and size. I love love love paddle brushes but I wish that the KL Polish brush was just a bit longer.

I do love all of these polishes but my absolute favorites have to be Brick Sidewalk and Caramello.

Have you tired KL Polish? Are you a Kathleen Lights fan? Which one of these was your favorite?
