Lancôme Vernis in Love: Nuit Enchantée | Holiday 2015 Limited Edition

Hello lovely polishers! Today I’m sharing with you my single pick from the Lancôme Vernis in Love Limited Edition Holiday 2015 Collection. Four new shades were released for this year’s holiday collection. One of them really caught my eye. This is Nuit Enchantée (which means Magic Night).

Many moons ago, I used to be a Lancôme beauty advisor! I think I’ve mentioned this on my blog before, but for those of you that don’t know, I was a Lancôme counter girl in college 🙂 I loved working there. I learned so much about makeup, skincare, and developed a passion for beauty. It was great until I had to meet my sales goals. I am not a sales person. I much more enjoyed the beauty aspect of it and helping women find their right foundation color or finding the right skincare for different types of skin. Either way, it was a part time job and after about a year, I moved on to other adventures. Because of this college adventure, I have a special place in my heart for Lancôme! I truly enjoy their polish.

Nuit Enchantée is a deep eggplant shimmer with flecks of purple and copper. The formula was great. It was a tad streaky on the first coat, but evens out nicely in 2. This is a great Fall color.

Prune Reve – a burgundy/plum shimmer

Have you tried any of these shades from Lancôme? Are you ready for the holiday season? I just wish it was a bit cooler down in Miami, that would actually get me in the Holiday spirit but it’s currently rainy and humid 🙁

Lancôme polish retails at $15.50 US each and is sold online or at major department stores such as Macy’s and Nordstrom. I really wanted to feature a French brand on my blog in light of the recent horrific attacks to the City of Lights. I have a personal adoration for Paris. My prayers are with the families who lost someone last Friday. Pray for Paris. Je T’aime Paris.

Stay strong in your Pursuit!
