Wahh it’s officially the last Sunday of Summer 🙁 I rounded up a few of the untried polishes from my stash to bring you this post full of bright shades. I mean, to be honest, I wear bright polish all year round, but I know we will be seeing less of these bright shades and more of the Fall/Holiday shades coming up. Let’s take a look at these beauties.
RED LIGHTS AHEAD… WHERE? by OPI
This is a super bright punchy coral/red creme. Devine!!! Such a beautiful bright shade, perfect for Summer, actually good for the holidays too. It had a slightly watery formula so be careful not to overload your brush or you will flood your cuticles. This is 2 delicious coats.
It’s originally from the Spring 2012 Holland Collection.
FLOAT ON by China Glaze
This is a bright rose pink neon-ish creme. Lovely pink! This had a good formula. Went on smooth and opaque in 2 coats.
It’s originally from the Summer 2014 Off Shore Collection.
KEY LIME TWIST by ORLY
This is a yummy pastel light neon lime. Ahhhhh! Not only is key lime pie one of my fave desserts ever, but this color is just as delicious. The formula was fantastic!! It actually goes on a bit streaky on the first coat, but evens out nicely on the second coat. Love it!
It’s originally from the Spring 2015 Sugar High Collection.
THE LIME STARTS HERE by Color Club
This is a super bright in your face neon green. So this is the epitome of a neon! It’s sheer, but build-able and looks great at 3 coats. Squishy and super neon-y.
It’s originally from the Summer 2011 Wicked Sweet Collection.
Well, that’s the last bit of my bright shades for this Summer. Which one of these was your favorite? I have one Summer Collection left to swatch and then I will probably be posting mostly Fall polish. Hope you have a fabulous Sunday Funday!
