Happy Friday pretty polishers! Halloween is a little over a week away! The excitement is getting real 🙂 My work costume (I am wearing 2 for Halloween!) is going to be Sandy from Grease! My co-workers are all dressing up as characters from the classic movie and I chose to be “Bad Sandy”! Haha! I have everything ready for my costume except my nails. So today I’m sharing with you 3 amazing polishes that are sure to be a hit on Halloween. This is the Halloween Trio from Nine Zero Lacquer.
Nine Zero Lacquer is the brainchild behind JessFace90 from YouTube. Her Indie polish has been welcomed and is already beloved by the nail community. Congrats to Jess for her amazing new line of polish!
Let’s take a look at this fun and festive Halloween Trio! I love how she did 3 polishes for this collection. It’s the perfect amount for a fun Halloween set.
This is an orange holographic micro glitter in an orange jelly base. It covers completely in 2 coats. It does dry a bit gritty so you will need 1-2 coats of a good top coat like the essie gel setter to smooth this out. It is stunning!!! Perfect polish for Halloween. I got a few compliments when I wore this polish all day. Removal is a bit of a pita. Since I wore it a full day, it was difficult to remove with acetone and a cotton ball so I peeled it off instead which was much easier.
Check out this beauty in the sun! Look at that sparkle 🙂
This is a crelly milky white polish with multi-shaped and multi-colored glitter pieces. How cute is this?!?! I normally don’t like white milky polish, but this one is a winner! It really does look like candy inside of a pillowcase as Trick or Treating used to be in the good ol’ days.
I love this glitter so much. I see Kit Kat bars, Hersey kisses, and M&M’s! Yummy!!!
This is a yellow murky green with gold flakes. I’m going to quote Kellie and say this looks just like a slime green, the Nickelodeon type of slime! The formula is excellent! It’s opaque in 2 coats and has SO much dimension to it! It was easy to remove with a quick sweep downward.
Nine Zero Lacquer is 3 FREE hand mixed lacquer. This set retails for $24.50 on her site. Grab this trio while you can and be Halloween ready! My favorite from this bunch was Holo-ween. It’s so sparkly and fun!
What did you think of this set? Which color was your favorite?
